fusionZONE Acquires Lead Revenue

fusionZONE, a Lakeland, Florida-based digital marketing provider for automotive and powersports dealerships, has acquired Lead Revenue, a digital marketing agency serving construction, finance, professional, and home services industries. The deal combines Lead Revenue's technical capabilities and digital playbook with fusionZONE's dealer-focused platform; Lead Revenue CEO Brett Sutherlin will remain as CEO of Lead Revenue and serve as Chief Digital Strategist for the combined company, and Brian Hess will join the combined entity's board.

Solera Acquires Omnitracs and DealerSocket

Solera Holdings announced it will acquire Omnitracs, a fleet management platform, and DealerSocket, a SaaS provider to the automotive retail sector, expanding Solera’s vehicle lifecycle management capabilities. The transactions (financial terms not disclosed) are intended to create a unified, end-to-end technology and data platform across fleet, dealership and lifecycle services.

Snap-on Acquires Dealer-FX from HGGC

The deal brings Dealer-FX's One Platform and dealer-focused product suite into Snap-on's Total Shop Solutions portfolio to expand its software and service capabilities for dealerships and OEM customers.

NexPhase Capital Invests in DealerOn

J.D. Power Acquires Trilogy Automotive
