Deckorators, a brand of UFP Retail Solutions (UFP Industries), signed an agreement to acquire the remaining operating assets of MoistureShield decking. The deal expands Deckorators’ wood-plastic composite manufacturing capabilities via a newly acquired Arkansas facility and complements its Surestone technology to grow capacity and outdoor living product offerings.
