Demand Chain AI Inc. has acquired Replan (the software assets of Coolgarif Technologies Ltd) and will integrate Replan into its Puls8 Intelligent Planning Solutions to expand end-to-end supply chain planning capabilities. The acquisition, which closed on November 22, 2024, adds supply planning and production scheduling functionality and supports Demand Chain AI's international expansion, including North America.
