DexKo Global Inc., through its AL-KO Vehicle Technology unit, has acquired Cerma Srl, a family-owned Italian manufacturer of high-precision hydraulic valves, manifolds and turned components based in Vezzano sul Crostolo, Emilia-Romagna. ABC Technologies Holdings Acquires Karl Etzel GmbH
