Discovery Education, backed by Clearlake Capital, has acquired United Kingdom-based edtech company DoodleLearning, maker of adaptive Math and English Language Arts products. The deal expands Discovery Education's digital K-12 Math and ELA product suite and strengthens its UK presence; terms were not disclosed.
