Fishbowl Inventory, a Diversis Capital-backed provider of ERP and inventory management software, has acquired Sellware, a Cary, North Carolina-based multi-channel e-commerce listing, inventory and order management provider. The deal is an add-on acquisition intended to expand Fishbowl's e-commerce and marketplace integrations and accelerate product integration and capability growth for Fishbowl's manufacturing and warehousing customers.
