Horizon Quantum Computing Pte. Ltd. completed its previously announced business combination with publicly traded SPAC dMY Squared Technology Group, Inc. The transaction was approved by dMY Squared shareholders on March 17, 2026 and the combined company began trading on Nasdaq on March 20 under ticker symbols “HQ” (shares) and “HQWWW” (warrants). The closing provides Horizon Quantum with approximately $120 million of gross proceeds to accelerate R&D, strengthen its hardware testbed, and further develop its Triple Alpha integrated development environment.

IonQ Acquires SkyWater Technology in $1.8 Billion Deal
