Doosan Robotics Acquires 89.59% Stake in ONExia

Doosan Robotics has acquired an 89.59% stake in ONExia Inc., a U.S.-based robotics system integrator headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania, in a transaction valued at approximately KRW 35.6 billion (about $25.9 million). The deal will bolster Doosan's AI and software capabilities by integrating ONExia's automation engineering expertise, EOL robotics (palletizing/packaging) solutions, and 25 years of automation data while strengthening its presence in the North American market.
