Dover Corporation to Acquire Leistung Engineering Pvt. Ltd.

Dover Corporation signed a definitive agreement to acquire cryogenic valve maker Leistung Engineering Pvt. Ltd. After closing, Leistung will join OPW Fluid Transfer Solutions within Dover’s Clean Energy & Fueling segment. The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter, subject to customary closing conditions, and terms were not disclosed. Dover said Leistung’s facility will expand its India manufacturing footprint and broaden cryogenic flow-control offerings for LNG and industrial gas markets.
