Dragonfly Energy Acquires Substantially All Operating Assets of Dakota Lithium Brand

Dragonfly Energy Holdings Corp. completed the acquisition of substantially all of the operating assets associated with the Dakota Lithium brand for $4.0 million. The acquired assets include the Dakota Lithium brand and related intellectual property, inventory, a complementary battery portfolio, and customer and distributor relationships, which Dragonfly plans to operate as a distinct brand alongside Battle Born Batteries.
