Dragos Acquires Phosphorus

Dragos, a cybersecurity company focused on operational technology (OT) environments, acquired Phosphorus to expand the Dragos platform to protect the full Extended Operational Technology (xOT) environment. The deal adds Phosphorus’s connected device discovery and remediation software to provide deeper device visibility and automated remediation (e.g., password rotation, firmware updates, certificate management) for billions of devices across critical infrastructure.
