DuraServ has acquired Casco Equipment (operating as Casco Dock & Door), a two-office provider of overhead doors and loading dock equipment services in California and parts of Nevada. The deal expands DuraServ’s West Coast footprint and adds self-performing installation, maintenance and repair capabilities to its branch network; DuraServ is a PE-backed platform supported by Leonard Green & Partners.
