PerfectServe has acquired AI-driven physician scheduling provider Lightning Bolt Solutions and SMS-based patient engagement platform CareWire to expand its clinical communication and care team collaboration capabilities. The acquisitions add physician workforce management and mobile patient engagement functionalities to PerfectServe's cloud-based CC&C platform, strengthening its product suite for hospitals, health systems and ambulatory providers.
