Vida Shoes International, Inc. acquired luxury footwear brand Aquatalia from ADJHA Aquatalia LLC, with the transaction consummated on September 26, 2024. Vida said the acquisition expands its portfolio in the luxury footwear segment and will leverage Aquatalia's Italian craftsmanship and weatherproof technology to grow its women's luxury offerings and retail relationships.

Rocky Brands Acquires Honeywell Performance and Lifestyle Footwear Business

Rocky Brands, Inc. completed the acquisition of Honeywell’s performance and lifestyle footwear business — including The Original Muck Boot Company and XTRATUF — for $230 million on March 15, 2021. The acquired business generated approximately $205 million of 2020 net revenue and $24.5 million of EBITDA; the purchase was financed with senior credit facilities, a term loan and cash on hand and is intended to significantly expand Rocky Brands' portfolio and scale.

Surefoot Acquires FrontRunners and Super Runners Shops

Caruso, a high-end Italian menswear manufacturer headquartered in Soragna (Parma) with more than 450 employees and roughly €35 million in annual revenue, will serve as the cornerstone of MondeVita's luxury platform; ITTIKAR (Mondevo's AI-native merchant bank) served as exclusive advisor.
