NMS Capital has recapitalized JAFLO, Inc., taking a significant equity stake and partnering with management to establish JAFLO as the firm’s initial vegetation management platform. JAFLO — a Allentown, Pennsylvania–based vegetation management services provider with over 550 employees serving utilities and transportation customers in the Northeast and Midwest — will continue to be led by President Kelly Clapper while founder John (Jay) P. Florio transitions to the board.
