Atwell Acquires Operations of Terrascape Consulting

Atwell has acquired the operations of Terrascape Consulting, a Phoenix-based engineering and surveying firm founded in 2006, to expand its capabilities and presence in the Southwestern United States. Terms were not disclosed; the move is Atwell’s sixth strategic addition in just over a year as it continues to grow its land development and surveying capabilities regionally.

Terracon Acquires Metcalf Archaeological Consultants

Metcalf’s ~72 employees and its FactorEarth technology platform will join Terracon to expand archaeology, architectural history, and environmental planning capabilities across the Rocky Mountain and Great Plains regions and nationwide.
