ServiceNow has agreed to acquire Netherlands-based 4Industry and the Smart Daily Management application from EY to expand its Connected Worker and industrial operations capabilities. The deals strengthen ServiceNow's OT and factory-floor offerings across manufacturing, energy, and transport & logistics and will be integrated into a new Connected Worker solution on the Now Platform (expected 2025).
