The acquisition expands Arcline's portfolio in mission-critical electromechanical systems for aerospace and defense, adding a designer, manufacturer, and servicer of external cargo equipment for military and civil helicopters headquartered in Vancouver, Washington.

Wendel Acquires Scalian from Cobepa

Wendel has agreed to acquire an 82% stake in French engineering consultancy Scalian from Cobepa for an enterprise value of €965 million, investing €557 million of equity alongside Scalian management. Scalian, a Top‑10 French engineering consulting group with ~5,500 employees and c. €515m revenue (June 2023 LTM), provides industrial project management, digital and embedded systems engineering, and data/AI services across multiple international markets.

SQUADRONE SYSTEM was founded in 2014, employs ~22 people and had an estimated €2M revenue in 2024; the purchase accelerates DELAIR's dual civil and defense technological roadmap and strengthens its swarm and inspection capabilities.

Crane Company Acquires Vian Enterprises, Inc.

Crane Company has acquired Vian Enterprises, Inc. for approximately $103 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. Vian, a designer and manufacturer of multi-stage lubrication pumps and lubrication system components for aerospace and defense, reported trailing 12-month sales of about $33 million and adjusted EBITDA of approximately $8 million; Crane said the acquisition expands its Aerospace & Electronics fluid solution capabilities and is expected to be immediately accretive to segment margins.
