Enlightenment Capital Makes Strategic Investment in Cryptic Vector

Enlightenment Capital, an ADG&T-focused private investment firm, has made a strategic growth investment in Cryptic Vector, a Cincinnati-headquartered provider of offensive cyber, electronic warfare, and secure radio frequency communications for the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. The investment will support Cryptic Vector's scaling efforts, capability investments and M&A growth strategy; G Squared Capital Partners and Holland & Knight served as advisors to Cryptic Vector on the transaction.

Agile Defense Acquires XOR Security

Reston-based Agile Defense, a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, has acquired XOR Security for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition adds XOR's federal-focused cybersecurity engineering, VSOC and DevSecOps capabilities to Agile Defense's suite of digital transformation and cyber services to better serve defense, intelligence and federal civilian customers.
