Nextech AR Solutions Acquires ARway Ltd

Nextech AR Solutions Corp. agreed to acquire U.K.-based spatial computing company ARway Ltd. in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately US$1.0 million, bringing ARway’s founders onto Nextech’s team. The deal adds ARway’s spatial mapping and AR SDK capabilities to Nextech’s AR and mini‑metaverse product stack and is expected to close subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

Walmart Acquires AR Optical Tech Company Memomi

Walmart has agreed to acquire Memomi, an augmented reality (AR) optical-technology provider that powers virtual try-on and contact-free digital measurements for Walmart Vision Centers and Sam's Club. The acquisition will bring Memomi's AR and AI-driven virtual-try-on capabilities into Walmart Global Tech to expand Walmart’s omnichannel optical and digital health services; Memomi employees will join Walmart Global Tech and the deal is expected to close in the coming weeks.

Observe.AI Acquires ScopeAI
