The Sterling Group Foundation Fund formed a new platform, Compost360, to build a national organics-waste recycling and compost production business and completed its first acquisition of Nature's Choice, an organic waste recycling company based in New Jersey. Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction.
