BlackRock Alternatives Acquires Majority Stake in Environmental 360 Solutions (E360S)

BlackRock Alternatives, through its Diversified Infrastructure business, has acquired a majority interest in Environmental 360 Solutions Inc. (E360S). The founder and CEO Donato (Danny) Ardellini will remain in his leadership role and retain a significant ownership stake; the investment will provide capital and strategic support to scale E360S's waste, recycling and environmental services across Canada.
