Eagle Merchant Partners made its first investment from Fund II in Aligned Fitness, a Southeast franchisee/operator of the Club Pilates system, partnering with the company’s leadership to accelerate studio growth. In connection with the deal, Aligned also completed add-on acquisitions of Crescent Concepts (SC/NC) and Next Twenty (GA) to expand the platform to 34 studios across North Carolina, Georgia, and South Carolina.

Nerdy Inc. Acquires Codeverse
