eBay to Acquire Certilogo

eBay has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Certilogo, an AI-powered digital IDs and authentication platform for apparel and fashion goods. The deal is intended to strengthen eBay’s position in the pre-loved fashion (recommerce) category by improving consumer confidence in authenticity and access to reliable product information. Closing is subject to customary regulatory conditions and is expected in the third quarter.
