Echo Global Logistics completed its acquisition of ITS Logistics, a fast-growing third-party logistics provider headquartered in Reno, Nevada. The deal combines Echo’s technology-enabled transportation and supply chain management platform with ITS Logistics’ specialized capabilities including drop-trailer and trailer pool programs, dedicated capacity, container management and drayage, and omnichannel fulfillment.
