Edison Energy (d/b/a Altenex Energy in Europe) has acquired UK-based energy and sustainability consultancy Alfa Energy Ltd. The acquisition expands Edison’s European footprint and combines the firms’ advisory, procurement and decarbonization capabilities to better serve large corporate, industrial and institutional clients across Europe.
