Embrace Software (via its Embrace Industrial group) acquired QSTRAT, a provider of sourcing and quoting software for manufacturers and distributors. The deal expands Embrace Industrial into the configure, price, and quote (CPQ) vertical and aims to integrate QSTRAT’s RFx and cost analysis capabilities into Embrace’s industrial solution stack.
