(LINQ), a Banneker Partners‑backed K‑12 technology company, acquired Alio from Weidenhammer and the eGrants division of Harris, Mackessy & Brennan (HMB) to expand its finance, HR and grants management capabilities for school districts and state agencies. The add‑ons extend LINQ’s Student‑to‑State strategy and broaden its integrated K‑12 software portfolio.
