Navamedic ASA has entered into an agreement to acquire the business of Norwegian addiction-treatment company dne pharma for total consideration of up to NOK 225 million. The acquisition includes dne pharma’s product portfolio, key employees, contracts, IP, licenses, and distribution agreements, and is expected to close in July 2025 subject to approval of Navamedic’s partially underwritten rights issue.

DXP Enterprises Acquires Pro-Seal, Inc.

DXP Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: DXPE) completed the acquisition of Pro-Seal, Inc., a distributor of pumping systems, fluid sealing products and related services headquartered in Pontiac, Michigan. The deal (signed March 1, 2024) expands DXP's geographic footprint in the Great Lakes region and Alaska and is expected to be accretive to earnings; Pro-Seal reported approximately $19.9 million in trailing twelve-month sales and $1.5 million adjusted EBITDA.

Enovis Corporation Acquires LimaCorporate from EQT Private Equity

Enovis Corporation has agreed to acquire LimaCorporate from EQT Private Equity and its co-shareholders in a strategic combination to create a global orthopaedics leader. LimaCorporate, headquartered in San Daniele del Friuli, Italy, is a specialist orthopaedic implant manufacturer (notably in hip, knee and shoulder systems) that reported EUR 249 million in revenue in 2022 and sells products in 49 countries; the transaction is expected to close in early 2024, subject to customary approvals.

Abenex-backed Origin Seal Acquires Interseal

Smith & Nephew Acquires Engage Surgical

Ennis Acquires Assets of Infoseal

Ennis, Inc. announced that a wholly owned subsidiary has entered into a letter of intent to acquire the assets and assume certain liabilities of Infoseal LLC, a Roanoke, Virginia producer of pressure-seal and tax forms. The Infoseal business will continue to operate under the Infoseal brand at its current facility and Ennis expects the acquisition to be accretive to earnings in the current year.
