Enverus Acquires Marginal Unit

Enverus, a global energy data and SaaS technology company, has acquired Marginal Unit Inc., an Austin-based power market analytics firm that specializes in grid congestion and power-flow pricing analysis. Marginal Unit's ~15 employees and analytics will be integrated into Enverus' Power & Renewables software suite to expand the company's capabilities in congestion modeling and price forecasting.
