Enzoic Acquires VeriClouds

Enzoic, a Boulder-based identity threat detection and protection firm, has acquired VeriClouds, a provider of compromised password data collection and credential monitoring. The acquisition combines VeriClouds' marketplace and data sources with Enzoic's threat intelligence capabilities to deliver expanded compromised credential monitoring and enhanced identity protection services.
