Epic Wines & Spirits, a California-based premium wholesaler, has acquired Vehrs Distributing, Inc., an independently owned wine and craft spirits wholesaler operating in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. The transaction expands Epic's West Coast footprint, giving producer partners full distribution coverage up and down the coast while Vehrs will continue to operate under its name with existing management.
