ePointZero Completes Acquisition of Traverse Midstream Partners for USD 2.25 Billion

ePointZero, a subsidiary of 2PointZero Group, completed an all-cash USD 2.25 billion acquisition of Traverse Midstream Partners, LLC. The deal gives ePointZero minority, non-operated interests in two U.S. midstream assets: a 35% stake in the Rover Pipeline and a 25% stake in the Ohio River System, both operated by Energy Transfer.
