ESW Capital Acquires FirstRain, Inc.

ESW Capital, through its affiliate Ignite Technologies, completed the acquisition of FirstRain, Inc., a Silicon Valley–based provider of sales and marketing intelligence and enterprise business-intelligence SaaS. FirstRain will be managed by Ignite and made available to Ignite customers via the Ignite Prime program to extend Ignite's analytics and customer-intelligence capabilities.
