Greenhouse, a hiring platform used by more than 7,500 companies, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ezra AI Labs, a voice AI interviewing startup that delivers structured, on-demand candidate conversations. The acquisition was expected to close later in the quarter, and it extends Greenhouse’s structured hiring approach to the front of the recruiting funnel where application volume is highest.

Nebius Agrees to Acquire Eigen AI to Strengthen Nebius Token Factory

Nebius (NASDAQ: NBIS) has agreed to acquire Eigen AI, an inference and model optimization company, to strengthen Nebius Token Factory as a frontier managed inference platform. The deal will integrate Eigen AI’s inference and post-training optimization layers into Nebius’s production AI platform and accelerate Nebius’s U.S. expansion via a Bay Area engineering and research presence.

LatticeFlow AI Acquires AI Sonar Ltd.

Swiss deep-tech firm LatticeFlow AI has acquired Dublin-based AI Sonar Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of CloudSphere Ltd., to add on-prem AI discovery capabilities to its evidence-based AI governance platform. LatticeFlow assumes ownership of AI Sonar's platform, IP and engineering operations, establishes Dublin as an R&D hub, and will integrate AI Sonar's discovery capabilities with its centralized SaaS governance stack.
