10x Genomics Acquires Proteintech Genomics to Expand Proteomics Capabilities

10x Genomics announced it has acquired Proteintech Genomics, a division within Proteintech Group, to expand its proteomics capabilities for single-cell and spatial multiomics workflows on 10x platforms. The deal adds Proteintech Genomics’ Human Discovery Panel technology and supports 10x’s strategy of integrating transcriptomic and proteomic measurements, including capabilities planned for its Atera platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.

AlphaRose Therapeutics Acquires Alpha Anomeric SA

AlphaRose Therapeutics has acquired Alpha Anomeric SA, a Paris-based developer of the abcDNA oligonucleotide chemistry platform. The acquisition brings a proprietary antisense oligonucleotide chemistry into AlphaRose's portfolio and establishes a European presence to support global development of its neurogenetic and rare-disease programs. Terms were not disclosed.

Eurofins Scientific Acquires Beacon Discovery

The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks subject to customary conditions.

Tecan Group Acquires SPEware Corporation

The Tecan Group announced the acquisition of US-based SPEware Corporation, a provider of mass spectrometry sample preparation solutions, to expand Tecan's dedicated solutions offering and recurring revenues from smart consumables. The deal includes a base cash purchase price of USD 50.0 million plus an earn-out of up to USD 10.0 million and is expected to be immediately accretive to EPS.
