EVI Industries Acquires ALCO Washer Center

EVI Industries, Inc. (NYSE American: EVI) has executed a definitive agreement to acquire New Castle, Pennsylvania–based ALVF, Inc. dba ALCO Washer Center, a regional distributor of commercial laundry equipment that also provides installation and maintenance services. The deal expands EVI’s customer base and distribution and service footprint in the U.S. Northeast and represents the company’s 25th acquisition of a family‑owned commercial laundry business.
