ProFrac Holding Corp. Acquires U.S. Well Services, Inc.

ProFrac Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: PFHC) closed its stock-for-stock merger to acquire U.S. Well Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: USWS). The deal issued approximately 12.9 million ProFrac shares and included using cash to retire about $170 million of USWS debt, leaving about $35 million of certain equipment financing outstanding.
