Exadel, a global software engineering and consultancy firm, has acquired CPQi, a provider of FinTech transformation and managed services with offices across Latin America and Canada. The deal adds advanced fintech capabilities (RPA, predictive technology, cloud, blockchain) to Exadel's services and accelerates its geographic expansion into LATAM and Canada.
