CJ Pony Parts, a portfolio company of Century Park Capital Partners, acquired the Scott Drake and Brothers Trucks restoration-focused brands from Holley Performance Products. The deal expands CJ Pony Parts’ multi-brand platform across classic Mustang and classic truck categories, and the acquired brands will be integrated into CJ Pony Parts’ Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and Las Vegas, Nevada distribution operations.

CID Capital Partners Invests in Corvette America
