F2 Strategy, a Chicago-based wealth and asset management consulting and technology services firm, has acquired HBMJ Consulting LLC, a boutique New York‑area advisory firm specializing in operations, data intelligence and technology transformation for hedge funds and alternative investment managers. The 18‑member HBMJ team will join F2 as the company expands its asset management capabilities and builds a unified alternative investments vertical; F2 is a portfolio company of Renovus Capital Partners.
