J.F. Lehman & Company (JFLCO) and its investment affiliates, including JFL Equity Investors VI, L.P., have acquired Forged Solutions Group, Inc. (FSG). FSG is a Sheffield, United Kingdom-headquartered aerospace forgings manufacturer with flight-critical, rotating aeroengine component capabilities and seven manufacturing facilities across the United Kingdom and the United States.

Flowserve Acquires Greenray Turbine Solutions

Flowserve Corporation has acquired U.K.-based Greenray Turbine Solutions Limited for approximately $72 million in cash. The purchase expands Flowserve's aftermarket capabilities and durable revenue base in industrial gas turbines and is expected to add roughly $25 million of annual revenue.
