Family Resource Home Care, a Great Point Partners portfolio company, acquired Adeo In Home Care and Helping Hands Home Care — two of the largest independently owned home-care agencies in Oregon. The add-ons expand FRHC’s footprint in the Pacific Northwest to 24 locations across three states and increase its coverage to roughly 79% of the regional population.
