HouseWorks Acquires O'Connell Care at Home and Best Home Care in Massachusetts

HouseWorks Holdings, a PE-backed home care platform, has acquired two Massachusetts-based, founder-owned home care providers: O'Connell Care at Home (Holyoke/Springfield region) and Best Home Care (Wakefield). These add-on transactions expand HouseWorks' presence across Western Massachusetts and Greater Boston and represent the company's second and third acquisitions in the state since partnering with InTandem Capital in December 2022.
