HouseWorks Holdings, LLC acquired the Connecticut Personal Care Division of AccordCare — the Companions & Homemakers and Companions Forever brands — expanding HouseWorks' in-home personal care footprint into Connecticut. The deal (an add-on to the HouseWorks platform, which partners with InTandem Capital) strengthens access to Medicaid and dual-eligible home care under HouseWorks' BetterCare at Home model; TripleTree served as financial advisor to AccordCare.
HouseWorks, a leading provider of in‑home personal care across the Northeast, has acquired Care and Help Home Care, a privately owned home care agency serving the Greater Philadelphia region.
