FinQuery Acquires Innervision From IRIS Software Group

FinQuery acquired Innervision from IRIS Software Group to establish dedicated operations in the United Kingdom and expand its lease accounting and financial automation capabilities across UK and European markets. The deal combines Innervision’s regional accounting and compliance expertise for FRS 102 lease accounting with FinQuery’s Intelligent Subledger Platform, with Innervision customers expected to continue service without interruption.
