FPE Capital Acquires Vanda Research

VLS Environmental Solutions Acquires SRE Environmental

The add-on expands VLS's footprint and capabilities in the western United States, adding evaporation-pond wastewater disposal, tanker transport assets and new customer relationships; financial terms were not disclosed.

Spire Power Solutions L.P. Acquires V&F Transformer Corporation

The transaction expands Spire's dry‑type transformer offering and strengthens its presence in high‑growth end markets including data centers, electric vehicle/battery charging, and industrial automation.
