Fitness Holdings Northeast, a leading Crunch Fitness franchise operator based in Greenwich, Connecticut, has acquired Crunch York, a Crunch Fitness club in southern Pennsylvania. The buyer also formed a strategic development relationship with CAS Management (led by Chad Smith) to develop an additional 4-5 clubs as Fitness Holdings expands its Northeast footprint.
