dbt Labs Acquires Transform to Accelerate dbt Semantic Layer

Fivetran Acquires Teleport Data

The capability (Fivetran Teleport Sync) aims to provide snapshot-like simplicity with performance approaching log-based CDC and will be made available to customers later in the year.
