Factua acquired Intelsio, a performance marketing and customer acquisition agency with more than a decade of experience serving leading consumer brands. The deal combines Intelsio’s affiliate/partner, pay-per-call, and lead-generation expertise with Factua’s AI-powered marketing platform and data/identity infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed, and Intelsio’s leadership and team are expected to remain in place serving existing clients.

Sponsor Capital Acquires Fonecta from Triton

LeadCloud Acquires Fonecta Data Services with Investment from Juuri Partners
